Cozy Comfy
Hey, guys!
Sorry for the wait! With finals fast approaching and assignments still being assigned, it’s hard to make time for the little things. Here’s what I wore on Tuesday. The look is simple: velvet pants, ruffles, and a big sweater.
On an unrelated note, I was selected to be the newest intern for Her Campus! If you aren’t sure what Her Campus is, go to http://www.hercampus.com and check it out. I’ll be starting what’s called a “My Campus” chapter at WVWC, which will be an online magazine that specifically caters to girls at Wesleyan. It’s going to be awesome! I’m so thankful that God has given me this opportunity. 🙂

Pre-Black Friday Deals
Hey everyone! I’m sorry that it’s been a few days!
I wanted to share with you a few things that I bought for myself yesterday – a little early Christmas shopping, if you will. Here we go!
First we have AEO Faux Fur Trapper Hat ($34.95). Now I’ve never been one to wear hats like this one, since they are notorious for giving you that messy-bedhead-esqe look, but I tried this on in the store and it was love at first sight. The cream color could match anything, really, and the ears give it a playful touch that I just couldn’t pass up. Just look at them!
Next is the AEO Lace Tight ($12.95). I only have one pair of lace tights, and they’re blush, not black. These will fit perfectly with several items in my closet, including the black and white Aztec dress I just bought.
Lastly, we have the AEO Patent T-Strap Pump ($59.95). These shoes really do it for me. My other nude heels stay in my closet and don’t see the light real often because they’re too tall for everyday use. These puppies are 4.75″ tall – MUCH better for walking (unless you’re one of those crazy 24/7 stilt walkers). Plus, I’ve been a fan of the t-strap shoe ever since my first pair in ninth grade. Looking forward to wearing these this Christmas and year-round. 🙂

Little Bit-o-Ruffles
Today was a blue and white day until I realized how chilly it was outside. I went back to my room to grab my cozy jacket, thinking I would take it off as it warmed up outside, but I liked the outfit with the jacket. Its loose-fitting nature works perfectly with flared jeans, and the ruffles add an even greater feminine touch to this look.

Memorable
Hey, everyone!
I’m sorry that I’ve been away for so long. These past several weeks have been some of the busiest I’ve ever experienced. With my research methods class and newspaper editing underway, I’ll be back on top of things before you know it!
Last Monday I enjoyed a nice floral print skirt from Loft and a soft, comfy sweater from J. Crew. As I always say, “Matching is not matching,” so what could be better than this pair?

Busy Little Bee
This has been the busiest week of my life! Â It’s finally Friday, which means it’s the weekend, but my work still doesn’t end here…. I need to write an article for the newspaper, finish putting the paper together, write an essay, and finish my post- and pre-lab assignments by the end of the day, because my family is coming to visit tomorrow! Â Yay! Â Lots to do!
Anyway, here’s what I wore this past Wednesday.  I went 100% professional and LOVED it.  I love each of these pieces so much, so wearing them all together was a blast.
